The photo is interesting. We call this plant "Lampionsblume" in German. What is it called in English?

Thanks for the comments everyone. Actually here in Canada we had our Thanksgiving in October but the thought's appreciated!

Olivia, this comes from a plant commonly called a Chinese lantern, properly a physalis.
